We all have heroes—people we look up to, those who have supported us, taught us, guided us.
Maybe they’re teachers, or parents, or friends, or in public service like veterans or nurses or doctors or emergency workers.
They may have passed or are still with us, but they’ve touched our lives.
They’ve made us better people.
Celebrate Your Hero With a Flag
From July 14, 2025 to July 28th, 2025, more than 150 flags will be centrally displayed at the Maine Mall to honor individuals who have made a difference in the lives of others. Each hero will have a large flag and a plaque acknowledging them. By donating $100 you can recognize this important person in your life and help fund the many important charitable projects of the Portland Rotary Club.
Flags for Heroes Day at Hadlock Field!
Join us on July 13, 2025 at the Portland Sea Dogs game for a special Flags for Heroes ceremony. Discounted general admission tickets are available with a portion of the ticket price benefitting the Portland Rotary Club.
